Molyslip Arvina AK2

Arvina AK2 is a premium performance, graphited grease formulated to lubricate bearings operating at low speed but very high temperatures. It is formulated from a semi-synthetic base fluid and non-melting thickener system reinforced with graphite and High Load White Solids (HLWS) to maximise load carrying ability.

Arvina AK2 is suitable for bearings, trolley rollers and other equipment operating in ovens and furnaces operating at temperatures up to 550°C, in industries such as paper mills, steel mills, petrochemical plants and other heavy engineering environments.

Instructions for use :

Arvina AK2 should be used as supplied. Can be applied manually, via a standard grease gun or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI 2 grease. Care should be taken not to overfill bearings – typically 25 to 30% fill is recommended.

Note: As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease used previously and if necessary, purge bearings prior to application.

Storage :

Arvina AK2 should be stored in original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. The most up to date shelf life information for Molyslip products can be found on the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture.
